If you have not already done so, take a look at the About Our Club – Structure and About Our Club - Swim Sessions pages for an overview of the different squads and swim times to give you an indication of the opportunities available. Trial sessions are usually held on a Sunday, but if this is not convenient an alternative day may be arranged.

For those wishing to join a club for the first time you will need to demonstrate that you have an efficient frontcrawl,  breaststroke and backstroke over 25 metres and have some experience of butterfly.

For those who have previous club experience you will need to demonstrate your efficiency in all four stokes over 50 metres and if you have any evidence of times for each stroke over the various lengths this would be useful information to provide.
